Sadness fills me up inside,
Hurts so bad, I just want to hide,
A never-ending void of pain,
I wish this were just a silly game,
I feel within me a feeling of woe,
The feeling of a lost love, once friend, now foe,
Maybe one day, I'll be all right,
But so far, this day's been out of sight.

My Heart
Darling, your're so dear to me,
I wish that you could only see,
The things that I would do for you,
And in case you're wondering, this is true,
I would swim the deepest ocean, climb the highest wall,
And you don't even acknowledge my love for you at all,
The way that I talk, the tears that I cry,
And as I'm feeling this, I ask myself why,
I've sent you my picture, and a lot of Birthday cards,
And now my heart feels like it's broken, into innumerable shards,
I try to stop thinking, but my mind keeps linking,
The ebvents of my past, oh it went by so fast,
Please come back to me, my one true love,
So my heart can fly away, like a joyfull dove.

Poet; I know I should have already posted my comment about this poem a long, long time ago. After all this time, the time has finally come. "Sadness" is a poem that shows your true emotions, (the real you.) This poem shows that you need someone to confide in at the time. Always know that people will always be there for you, especially if they are your true friends. Sorry for the delay.
